Administrative Services Manager - Hampden Energy Services

The Administrative Service Manager position is responsible for increasing the profitability of the service department while managing the service personnel within assigned branch or branches in the Greater Bangor area.
The successful candidate must exhibit a working knowledge of handling management responsibilities for technical performance and compliance service processes, as it relates to service technician duties; training of service technicians to include: on job training, follow-up to call backs and subsequent coaching of specific technical issues, and classroom training technicians for all fuels, servicing and installations; Coordinate all aspects of jurisdictional propane account compliance, including all documentation, scheduling and performance or compliance work, and communications with PUC and customers on issues.
Knowledge of execution of performance management process and strong business finance understanding required. Proficient PC skills to include Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of P&L. Ability to select, train, and develop high caliber personnel. Must exhibit strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills in addition to strong interpersonal skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and act independently.
Seven years of supervisory experience with five years of technical experience in heating and cooling installations and repair, and experience in working with a twenty four operation preferred. Candidate should posses a Masters Burner License for Oil and Propane.
