Energy Service Online Account Management Overview

As you may have noticed, R. H. Foster Energy has rolled out a new online account management service. This system update went alongside our back office software upgrade. We wanted to make sure you didn’t miss any of the new features. We have a lot more to come in the next few months, and we’ll be sure to let you know when features are added.

To get to the new account manager simply go to rhfoster.com. At the top of the page you’ll see a “My Account” button. Clicking this will reveal a drop down. Select “Energy Service Account”.

You’ll be taken to the below page: If you have not yet registered your online account, you can do so by clicking the ‘Sign-Up’ Button. To make this process even faster, be sure to have a statement or invoice from R.H. Foster for the account you are registering. When doing this process, keep in mind that the information being entered is case sensitive. Enter exactly what is on your invoice/statement to ensure a smooth sign-up.

You can manage multiple accounts from one log-in. Simply follow the same sign-up steps for each account. When you log-in to your account in the future, you’ll be asked which account you would like to work with. You can switch accounts at any time.

When you first log in, you’ll be brought to your home page. Here you’ll see a summary of your profile, previous balance and deliveries Along he top are links to other aspects of your account.

My Account

Account information View your account at a glance. Request to enroll in auto billing, paperless statement and invoices. Review payment information on your account
Delivery Information Review previous deliveries to your account’s address
Transaction History View and print invoices and statements for your account.

Order Fuel

Use this screen to request a delivery. You are also given the opportunity to request to go onto automatic fills

Make Payment

Here you can view current and previous bills that may be due, and how long some have been waiting for payment. You can also view your payment history and schedule a payment for the account’s current due amount.

My Profile

Change your email address, password, and invoice/statement formats.

Logout

Exit your account to prevent other people on your computer from accessing your account information

More features are yet to come! As we work to implement new features we’ll be sure to keep you informed! Expect the ability to request service, and even a mobile app to manage your account while on the move. If you have any questions on your online account, give us a call and we can help you out!
