If so, we might have just the position to learn more about! We are currently seeking an accomplished Field Recruiter to join our team to help staff our fast-paced company. We are growing and need help in finding great people.

The ideal candidate will be professional, a flexible team player with the ability to work with all levels of employees, managers, and executives. While the primary focus is results oriented recruiting, a winning “CAN DO" attitude is required. Successful candidate must be a self-starter who is performance driven and goal-oriented. Candidate must have a strong commitment to company values and achieving success.

Essential duties will include full-cycle recruiting and new hire process including qualifying, conducting phone and in-person interviews for all level candidates. The Field Recruiter will support other various HR functions to include employee onboarding, training, and other duties as needed.

The successful candidate will maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with discretion and be able to handle a fast-paced work environment.

General Requirements:

  • Solid past recruiting experience with a proven history of successful track record

  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office

  • Strong prioritization, organizational and communication skills with a high degree of professionalism, integrity and service orientation

  • Relationship building and consultative skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Solid Knowledge of full cycle recruiting/placement laws and practices

  • General Human Resources knowledge and background preferred

  • Ability to work well with deadlines in a fast-paced and progressive environment.


Educational Requirements:

Position requires four-year degree from college or university with three years of HR/recruiting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. PHR or SPHR preferred.
