We are see a talented and dedicated individual that is collaborative, organized and FUN problem solver. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership on employee relations matters; recruitment, hiring, staffing, development, performance management, training and succession planning. They will serve as our HR liaison between associates and leadership.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for performing HR related duties on a professional level and working closely with the HR team to support those we serve. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, training, policy administration and employment law compliance.
General Requirements :
A proven HR history
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office
Strong prioritization, organizational and communication skills with a high degree of professionalism, integrity and service orientation
Relationship building and consultative skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Solid Knowledge of full cycle recruiting/placement laws and practices
Human Resources knowledge and background preferred
Ability to work well with deadlines in a fast-paced and progressive environment.
Position requires four-year degree from college or university with three years of HR/recruiting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. PHR or SPHR preferred.
