R.H. Foster Energy, LLC Acquires Tri-City Pizza

Bangor, Maine

R. H. Foster Energy, LLC, a Maine based, family-owned company has acquired a landmark Bangor business, Tri-City Pizza. The Bangor business has been for sale since at least April when local media reported it.

“We are thrilled that Tri-City Pizza is becoming a part of the R. H. Foster family”, said Katie Foster, Executive Manager at R. H. Foster. Both R. H. Foster and Tri City Pizza began doing business more than 50 years ago. The similarities don’t end there. The founders of both businesses possessed a passion and entrepreneurial spirit to serve customers with a smile, and to deliver great products. “The relationships that R. H. Foster has with our customers and our communities is something that is incredibly important to our family, we are pleased to align ourselves with another locally owned family business that shares our values.”

Under R. H. Foster ownership, the business will continue to operate as “Tri-City Pizza,” and will remain located on the corner of Center Street and Broadway. Tri-City Pizza will continue to offer the same great pizza and sandwiches customers have enjoyed for more than five decades. Co-Owners, Paul and David Winkler, will stay on to assist with the transition.
