Our customers love how much time they save when they do business with us online! That’s why our customers have registered an online account with us.
Based on your feedback, we are making improvements to ensure your online experience becomes more efficient. For example:
Electronic payments will be processed even faster, eliminating any of the lag time.
You’ll have the ability to view your service history, account balance, billing statements, and much more.
You’ll find a new, streamlined process of going online to request deliveries or service.
How to use the New Portal
We have launched our new portal on Monday, August 12, 2019. Access will remain at the top of our website’s home page (RHFoster.com), but will be renamed from pay bill online to My Account.
PLEASE NOTE: Fleetcard users will see no change to their account. Please use the "Fleetcard” link found at the top of our website’s home page to continue to manage your Fleetcard account.
IMPORTANT - To access your account, you will need to take the following steps on or after August 12, 2019.
go to www.RHFoster.com.
Click on “My Account”
Follow prompts given to continue setting up your account.
Information required will be your Name, Account Number (which you can find on your last billing invoice), Phone Number, Email Address. Please continue to follow the prompts in creating a new password, which will include security questions.
Enter credit Card or EFT information that you want to use for processing payments. (Note: Security safeguards prevent us from doing this for you).
Soon after we introduce our new portal, we will also be launching a Mobile Payment App which will make doing business with us online even easier.
