Customer Service Rep - Hampden Energy Services

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Hampden Energy Services office. We are looking for a personable, energetic individual to provide excellent front line customer service and to resolve problems accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Greets customers and/or visitors and directs to the appropriate person or department.

  • Speaks with customers by phone or in person and receives orders for installation, discontinuance, or change in service.

  • Sets up and maintains current information in the customer master file.

  • Logs product orders for delivery dispatch.

  • Fills out contract forms and determines charges for service requested.

  • Posts payments to customer accounts (branch-specific).

  • Solicits sale of new or additional services.

  • Researches any problems relative to customer accounts receivable.

  • Addresses complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
